210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

292-294 Quincy is a new 7,884 s.f. 16-unit condominium located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
COR-TEN steel articulates the facade of this building. The rich weathered steel works to connect with the visual language of surrounding residential buildings. The adjacent red brick clad buildings welcome the new facade's radiance, texture, and warm hue.
OMF Architects performed ground-up architectural design and worked in collaboration with Spearhead Design; OMF Architects also completed filing and construction supervision services.
