Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

373 Classon is a new 4,000 s.f. four-family residential building located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Pewter brick cladding and rich wood compose the exterior. A vertical louver-like cedar element anchors the building's facade; its rich color and dynamic configurations aims to offset the robustness of the dark brickwork throughout.
