210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

395 Kosciuszko is a residential building located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Limited by space, this renovation sough to enlarge the existing footprint through the use of materials. Warm larch flooring and cabinetry work together to unify the space.
OMF Architects completed an interior renovation which included architectural design and construction supervision services.
