Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

72 Clifton is a new 3,600 s.f. boutique residential townhouse located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
This building was designed to accommodate a triplex and duplex apartments. With only 18 feet of frontage, this project called for careful consideration of the balance between comfort, utility, private spaces, common areas, and circulation. Smart home features were introduced to improve environmental metrics and to better connect this vertically arranged living space.
