210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

OMF architects served as architect of record for the 2016 lighting installation at BVLGARI's flagship store. Collaborating with fabled Italian lighting designer, Mariano Light, and BVLGARI's designers, OMF ensured proper permitting and Building's Department approvals. OMF also provided project coordination, evaluation, and construction documentation services.
