210 Jackson is a new 4,998 s.f. boutique residential building located at East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Anchored by two large balconies this facade boasts rich Ebonite Smooth brickwork and hand-finished European larch details. Designed with the modern urbanite in mind, the apartments feature near wall-to-ceiling windows that maximize sunlight. Selected for its hardiness and ability to diffuse natural light, white-oak hardwood flooring covers the entire living space.

Oscar
Licensed in New York, Oscar brings over 30 years of expertise in architecture, construction, and development. His extensive knowledge of NYC's design and building ecosystem has led him to diverse projects across the boroughs and into Long Island. Immersed in the city's vibrant urban setting, Oscar melds creativity with astute problem-solving. He prides himself on deeply understanding client goals and on delivering solutions to intricate design and bureaucratic challenges.
As Chief Architect, Oscar has spearheaded projects from new structures to retail revamps, residential makeovers, restaurant designs, hotel restorations, and affordable housing initiatives.

Monica
Monica boasts over 20 years of experience spanning architecture, urbanism, and environmentalism. She holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Adelaide University, Australia, and an Architecture Degree from Pontificia Bolivariana University, Colombia.
Her diverse international engagements include a research fellowship in Shiga, Japan, under the United Nations Environmental Program and another research stint in Singapore with the Center for Design Excellence.
Monica's comprehensive knowledge of the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) is further underpinned by her five-year tenure as an Assistant Plan Examiner.
Currently, she excels in project management and building code analysis, assisting clients in examining plans, interpreting codes, and reviewing zoning resolutions.
